WHAT IS RED LIGHT THERAPY AND WHY WOULD YOU WANT IT?

Research has shown that certain skin cells when engaged by a process of applied red light waves at precisely 633 nanometers can be encouraged to produce enzymes, elastin, and collagen that support the skin’s structure.
